Return Policy
If you wish to return the product you may ship it to the “address of return” below, within 15 working days from the delivery date. The condition of the product should be in its original packaging with the labels on it and without being used.
In case the order was paid “cash on delivery”, you will be refunded for the amount of the item but not for the shipping cost or the service.
For international deliveries: All shipping expenses and custom clearance (outside EU) that occur during the return are covered by the customer.
Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount you have paid for the item apart from the shipping cost, within 5 working days.
For deliveries to Greece:
- you may return it to one of our retail shops in person FREE of charge
- you can send it back to the address of return by charging Micro Xtreme account (using ELTA Courier or ACS courier) with a charge of 5€
