Warm and packable, the Wolfeboro Alder Avalanche has a high synthetic ball padding insulation and a lightweight nylon taffeta outer fabric. It's not your average down jacket though: the outer fabric is treated with a water repellent finish and is windproof. Sealing in warmth when you are out there enduring the elements, it comes with a hood and elasticated cuffs.
