Foldable splitboard rod from Nitro Snowboards. The pole is 4-part and thus fits in most top backpacks. The pole is adjustable from 110-135cm and has extra long grips to make it easier to traverse in steep terrain. The pole includes a rubber stopper that can be used for hiking on hard surfaces.
